FollowersFlow is based in Lebanon. These terms describe use of our limited-access platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Contact hello@followersflow.com for questions about these terms or your access.

Access and accounts

Creator access is currently limited and subject to review and approval. You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms and authority to act for any business or account you represent. Approval does not give permission to access another creator's workspace or connected accounts.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials and use only accounts and connections you are authorized to manage. Workspace owners are responsible for authorizing staff access and removing it when no longer needed. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share passwords, access tokens or other credentials through support messages.

Current service scope

This limited release supports creator accounts, workspace access, account and invitation emails, and the supported Instagram integration. Connected account functions and permitted replies depend on enabled features and applicable provider permissions. Creator email campaigns, WhatsApp, payments and hosted course delivery are not enabled in this limited release. Planned features are not a promise of availability or a delivery date.

This limited release does not collect platform subscriptions. These terms do not introduce subscription charges, commercial fees or refund terms. Any future paid service or creator checkout requires its own applicable terms and setup before use.

Responsible use and customer information

Use the service lawfully and only for content, accounts and personal information you have authority to process. Creators are responsible for their offers, customer relationships, notices and any consent required for their use of customer information. An Instagram interaction does not automatically provide an email address, phone number or marketing consent.

• Do not send spam, misleading or unlawful messages, or use the service for harassment, fraud or infringement of another person's rights.
• Do not access another workspace, bypass access controls, expose credentials or interfere with the service or its security checks.
• Respect connected providers' rules, granted permissions and messaging restrictions. Do not use automation to evade those restrictions or a person's choice to stop receiving messages.
• Do not upload or connect information you are not authorized to use, or infer marketing consent from a follow, comment or message.

Your content and service processing

These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to FollowersFlow. You authorize us to store, process, display and deliver content only as needed to provide the service, follow authorized workspace instructions, maintain security and meet applicable legal obligations. You must have the rights needed for that processing. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your content or Instagram data.

Creators remain responsible for their separate use of customer information and any products or services they offer. Access to this platform does not establish merchant eligibility, approve a creator's offer or make FollowersFlow a party to a creator's separate customer agreement.

Connected services and availability

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and connected providers, including Instagram. Provider permissions, rules, availability and supported functions may change or be restricted. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, delivery of every message, complete historical imports or approval by a provider. Connecting an Instagram account does not imply endorsement by Meta.

Privacy, disconnecting and deletion

Our privacy policy explains the information we process and your choices. Disconnecting Instagram removes locally stored access credentials and stops that connection, but does not erase saved CRM history. To request deletion, follow our data deletion instructions. You do not need a platform login to make a deletion request. We verify identity and authority before disclosing or deleting information and process verified deletion requests within 30 days, as described in those policies.

Stopping or restricting access

You can stop using the service and ask us for help with account access, disconnection or deletion. We may restrict or suspend access to address unauthorized use, security concerns, breaches of these terms or provider or legal requirements. Contact hello@followersflow.com if you need assistance or believe an access restriction is mistaken. An access restriction does not by itself mean your data has been deleted; the privacy and deletion policies continue to describe how requests are handled.

Changes and your rights

We will update this page when these terms change. Material changes will be communicated through the service where appropriate and apply prospectively. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
